Presented by Home Recording Boot Camp®, a one day Conference – Trade Show – Workshop – Panel event celebrating cool recordings, and the gear, people and techniques that make them. A gathering of people with a passion for making great records, and great music. Check out new gear, learn from the masters and network with other people as passionate about recording as you are. 4:00-11pm at The Royal/T gallery (Culver City)

Raffle

We will be raffling off tons of cool prizes all night. Everyone that attends gets a ticket a ticket and a chance to purchase extra tickets at a low cost. 100% of proceeds going to charity. Prizes so far include an A Designs REDDI tube DI, ATTY passive volume control, Supersonic Drum Sample Libraries and Rick Clark’s Book Mixing, Recording, and Producing Techniques of the Pros.

Its for a good cause

100% of ticket sales and all net proceeds from the raffle and sponsorship will go to support the recording program at Phoenix House, a program that uses recording and music to help young people recovering from drug addiction.

Trade Show

Some of the coolest companies in hardware and software will be here showing off their products with many offering special fest discounts. For those that could not get into NAMM this a great chance to see the gear and meet the people behind some of the coolest products in recording.

Location

The Fest is being held at Royal/T an extremely cool modern art gallery / events space / cafe / in Culver City (Los Angeles). They have lots of space and great food and drinks. Its just minutes east of the famous Sony Culver studios and very easy to get to off the 10 & 405 freeways with lots of free street parking. A map is on the home page of their web site.

Food and Drinks

Royal-T has a cafe that is famous for its Teas, but will be serving a range of drinks (including coffee, beer and wine) and will also have special meals for attendees at a discount price throughout the Event. If you arrive early Royal-T has a great brunch service until 3pm.

* Some of the biggest names in the biz are donating their time to speak at the Fest. Because of the unpredictable demands of high profile recording work, actual line up is subject to change, but even our list of alternates is very cool.
